RESIDENCE IN SPAIN

The government of Spain introduced the program in 2013.
This is an opportunity for non-EU citizens to get residence by investment in one of the warmest countries of Western Europe
famous for its rich history and culture.
BENEFITS
Family members of the main applicant (a spouse, children and parents) can apply for the residence without additional investments.
No requirement for minimum period of stay in the country for residence extension.
Visa-free or simplified entry into all the countries of the Schengen Area.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Applicants should be non-EU countries citizens.
The main applicant’s spouse (partner), children and parents can get the residence permit without additional investments.
Investment options are as follows:
  • Purchase of real estate with a minimum value of EUR 500,000.
    • OR
  • Bank deposit for the minimum amount of EUR 1,000,000 in Spanish financial institutions.
    • OR
  • Share investments in Spanish companies or investment funds with a minimum value of EUR 1,000,000.
PROCESSING TIME
The process of obtaining a residence permit takes not more than 2 months. Residence permit is issued for 2 years and then extended for 5 years. You can apply for Spanish citizenship after 10 years of legal residence in the country, while meeting a number of additional conditions.
